ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 14.05.2021 for the offence under Sections 380,457 r/w 109 of IPC in Crime No.181 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner broke open the door of the defacto complainant's house and stolen money and some jewels. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had nothing to do with the alleged offence as stated by the prosecution and he is in judicial custody from 14.05.2021. Hence, he learned counsel prays to grant bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the petitioner is a habitual offender and there are seven previous cases of similar nature pending against him. Hence he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the previous cases, facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of offence committed by the petitioner, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
