ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to issue the Non-Traceable Certificate for the Missing Original Deed of Partition dated 29.10.1977, registered as Document No.1351 0f 1977 in the office of the Sub-registrar, Sembium.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that as per the guidelines issued by the Director General of Police regarding issuance of Non traceable Certificate in respect of Missing Original Land Documents, the petitioner has to furnish all the particulars whereas, he has not furnished those particulars. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In such view of the mater, the petitioner is directed to approach the respondent police and give all the particulars as required under the circular issued by the Director General of Police in RC.No.2029209/Gen 1(1)/2022 dated 01.04.2022. On receipt of such particulars, the respondent police shall consider the same and pass orders on merits.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
