This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the fourth respondent to consider the complaint of the petitioner and proceed in accordance with law.

2. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate submitted that after receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, now it has been forwarded to the Inspector of Police, Selaiyur Police Station, Chengalpattu District and it is pending for enquiry.

3. In view of the above, the Inspector of Police, Selaiyur Police Station is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter party and dispose the same, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
