The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that already electricity supply has been granted to the petitioner's house and discussion is going between the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner and the fifth respondent, for arriving at a settlement. Hence, the learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to the said effect.
2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement so made, Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
