Against the order of the respondent no.1, the petitioner filed an appeal to the respondent no.2 on 11.06.2015. The respondent no.3 has directed the respondent no.2 in and by the proceedings dated 29.06.2015 to conduct an enquiry and file a report. The respondent no.4 also in and by proceedings dated 21.07.2015 directed respondent no.2 to inform the action taken.
