This petition is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner herein to report before the respondent/Police on every day at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks by order dated 19.04.2023 in Crl.O.P.No. 6863 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. In view of the medical surgery undergone by the accused, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 6863 of 2023 by order dated 19.04.2023 shall stand relaxed till 28.05.2023 and thereafter, the petitioner shall continue to comply with the condition as imposed by this Court.
