Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, to relax the condition imposed in the order in Crl.MP.No.68579 of 2024 by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate for Exclusive trial of CCB Cases, Egmore, Chennai dated 21.11.2024, requiring the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every four months at 10.00 a.m.

This petition is filed praying to relax the condition imposed in the order in Crl.MP.No.68579 of 2024 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate for Exclusive trial of CCB Cases, Egmore, Chennai dated 21.11.2024, requiring the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every four months at 10.00 a.m. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
