ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.05.2021 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 380 and 454 r/w 109 of I.P.C,1860 in Crime No.338 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner broke open the door of the defacto complainant's house and robbed jewels. Hence the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the petitioner is a habitual offender. He further submits that there are two previous cases of similar nature are pending against the petitioner. Hence he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the fact that the petitioner is a habitual offender and there are two previous cases of similar nature are pending against him, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
