This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Srimushnam to consider the represented I.A.SR.No.604 of 2024 in I.A.SR.No.241 of 2023 in O.S.No.12 of 2018 on its file, which was represented on 11-03-2024 after compliance with return dated 07-03-2024.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for petitioners submitted that this petition has become infructuous for the reason that the suit has been numbered and taken on file by the Lower Court. 3.In view of the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed.
