ORDER
The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the District Munsif Judge, Harur, to dispose of the Interim Application in IA.No.1 of 2026 in O.S.No.14 of 2026, as expeditiously as possible.
2. Heard, MR.D.Nandhagopal, learned counsel for the petitioners, and perused the materials available on record.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that I.A.No.1 of 2026, seeking interim injunction, was filed in January 2026. However, the same has not been disposed of so far. I tis further submitted that such an application ought to have been disposed of within a reasonable time, but the matter has been repeatedly adjourned without any progress. It is also submitted that the plaintiffs are in possession of the property and that the delay in disposal of the interim application is causing prejudice to them.
4. Considering the above submissions, this Court directs the learned District Munsif, Harur, to dispose of I.A.No.1 of 2026 in O.S.No.14 of 2026, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 30.04.2026, after affording due opportunity to both parties, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 22-04-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order
