By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner would state that her husband was employed as Sweeper in the services of the second respondent school from 01.08.1990 and on 25.08.2006, he was beaten by the Head Master of the second respondent school and consequently, he lost his hearing power and became deaf and from 01.09.2006, the husband of the petitioner was not permitted to enter the school and he was also not offered with any employment and due to the fact, he died on 26.12.2013 leaving behind the petitioner, two daughters, one son and his mother. The petitioner has repeatedly approached the second respondent to settle the terminal benefits due and payable to her husband and since no orders have been passed, submitted representation to the first respondent who in turn https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
forwarded the same to the second respondent for taking appropriate action and inform the same and since no progress is taking place, came forward to file this writ petition.
3. Heard the submissions of Ms.Hemalatha Suresh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Srinivasan, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent.
4. This Court taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 18.06.2014, 10.09.2014 and 06.11.2014 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
