Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the Criminal Original Petition, directs the second and third respondents to consider the representation dated 04.04.2025 made by the petitioner after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the third respondent and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. .
