This petition is filed to modify the condition that para 12 (3) the petitioner shall surrender the original registration certificate of the vehicle before this Court...." imposed in Crl.M.P.No.322 of 2024 dated 04.01.2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Omalur.

2. Heard the counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the original Registration Certificate is now deposited with the financier, he could not be able to produce the same before the Trial Court.

4. Considering the submissions, this Court is inclined to delete the condition No. 12(3) imposed in Crl.M.P.No.322 of 2024 dated 04.01.2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Omalur. It is made clear that, except the said modification, in all other respects, the order dated 04.01.2025 shall remain unaltered.
