By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.
The petitioner was appointed as Junior Assistant on 09.08.1961, at Kalayar Koil Panchayat Union, Sivagangai and claims to have rendered 32 years blemishless service and he retired on 31.07.1994 as Block Development Officer, Sakkottai Panchayat Union, Sivagangai, and he is in receipt of pension. The Accountant General/the 2nd respondent has revised the pension from Rs.1342/- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
to Rs.2137/- with effect from 01.08.1994 and authorization was sent to the District Treasury Officer, Pudukottai and the petitioner has been paid with difference of pension alone and the grievance is that the pension should have been revised as Rs.6419/- with effect from 01.01.1996 and Rs.14,508/- with effect from 01.01.2006 and since it has been done so far, he submitted a representation dated 20.04.2015 to the first respondent and since no orders have been passed, the petitioner came forward to file this writ petition. 3.
Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Subbiah, learned counsel for the Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent and Mr.V.Vijayshankar, learned counsel who accepts notice on behalf of the 2nd respondent.

This court, taking into consideration, the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the same, directs to the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 20.04.2015 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
