O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members, based on a complaint lodged by Ms.Thillaikarasu.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) for the respondents.

3. On a complaint given by one Ms.Thillaikarasu, petition enquiry is pending. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioner shall co-operate in the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, he shall not be harassed. However, if any cognizable offence is made out, this order would not be a shield against the arrest of the accused.
