By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to direct the first respondent to reappoint the petitioner in the existing vacancies at Burgoor Block in Krishnagiri District as NoonMeal cook. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The name of the petitioner was recommended by the second respondent for being considered for appointment to the post of Noon Meal Cook. It has to be pointed out that the method of recruitment to the post of Noon Meal cook has already been published by the Government, by which a Committee has to consider the eligibility and suitability of the candidates by applying the rule of reservation and then make recruitment and therefore, no positive direction can be granted as sought for by the petitioner. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to submit a representation to the first respondent, who shall consider the same in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of submission of such representation.
