ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the 1st to 4th Respondent to issue a separate patta for the petitioner's property in favour to his name along with the 12th and 13th Respondents names which is situated in Krishnagiri District, Hosur Taluk, Mookandapalli Village bearing Survey No.676/2 for the extent of 0.80 Acres (80 Cents) as per Doc.No.18/2017 on the file of Sub-Registrar Office at Hosur, Krishnagiri District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.11.2023 and dispose the same in accordance with law.

2. The Petitioner grievance is that despite the representation having been given as early as on 23.11.2022, the Respondents have not cared to dispose of the same and thereby failed to perform their statutory duty and therefore, the Petitioner has approached this Court. Considering the above representation dated 23.11.2022 and the fact that there has not been any Page No. 3 of 6

further action on the side of the Respondents, the Respondents are directed to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 23.11.2022 and issue a separate Patta for the petitioner's property after issuing notice to the Petitioner and the persons interested in this regard and also affording them an opportunity of personal hearing and thereafter pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
