ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction, to direct the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 16.02.2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner had sent an online complaint to the respondents on 16.02.2021, no action taken, so far. Hence, the present petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. side) appearing for the respondents would submit the complaint sent by the petitioner to the first respondent was forwarded to the 3rd respondent and now, enquiry is pending in CSR No.132/2021. When the petitioner was called for enquiry, she refused to appear for enquiry before the 3rd respondent. Without the appearance of the petitioner for enquiry and without the materials in support of her complaint, no action could be taken and the veracity of the complaint can be verified.

5. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is ready to appear before the 3rd respondent on 07.08.2021 at 11.00 a.m along with documents and materials in support of her complaint.

6. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
