Learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Suit and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the plaintiff that the matter has been settled out of Court and consequently, the Civil Suit is being withdrawn. No costs.
