ORDER

By consent of the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal and is disposed of by this order. The learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition seeking for a Mandamus to direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.01.2021 and pay the arrears of salary of Rs.4,94,000/- for the period https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
from November, 2015 to April, 2017 (18 months) to the petitioner.

This Court heard the submissions of the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials placed before it.

Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 21.01.2021, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
