O R D E R
After hearing the matter and after perusing the photographs produced by the learned counsel for the respondent Board, which shows that the transformer was erected on the other side of the road, at least 10 feet away from the petitioner's residence, when this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition, the learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
