Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the 7th respondent proceeding in Rural Na.Ka.No.001/A1/2021 dated 28.06.2021 quash the same and directing the 5th to 7th respondent to appoint the petitioner as Village Panchayat Secretary in Perunkadambanoor Village and pass such further or other order as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

ORDER

By consent of the learned counsel on either side, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal. The learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. 2.

The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to call for the records pertaining to the 7th respondent proceeding in Rural Na.Ka.No.001/A1/2021 dated 28.06.2021 quash the same and directing the 5th to 7th respondent to appoint the petitioner as Village Panchayat Secretary in Perunkadambanoor Village within a time frame. 3.

This Court heard the rival submissions of the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

Though the prayer in this writ petition is for a larger relief, the learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his argument to the limited extent of permitting the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the 7th respondent and the same may be directed to dispose of within a stipulated time.

This Court considering the limited prayer now sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh representation to the 7th respondent and on receipt of the same, *"the respondents 2,5,6 & 7 are directed to consider the same and pass orders, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing" on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner

herein.

With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
