This writ petition was filed only on 21.05.2024. The prayer in the writ petition is for forbearing the fifth respondent from constructing the new bus shelter in Southern Side of the petitioner's land situated at Old S.No.5B/4, New S.No.5B/4E, Budur Village, Maduranthakam Tk., Chengalpattu District.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader produced photographs which indicate that the construction of the bus shelter is almost 80% complete. Hence, directing demolition at this stage cannot be appropriate. It is open to the petitioner to work out the 2/4

remedy in the manner known to law. Granting such liberty to revive the issue, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
