The present Application has been filed to direct the Registry to return the original documents marked as Exhibits P1 to P11 in C.S.No.239 of 2021, on the file of this Hon'ble Court and permit the applicant to replace the certified copies in the place of said original documents.

2. Mr.J.Ashok, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted he has no objection in allowing this application.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in allowing this application, the application in A.No.2086 of 2025 in C.S.No.239 of 2021 is ordered as prayed for.
