This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second and third respondents herein to delete the entries in the revenue records based on the petitioner documents by considering my representation dated 27.03.2019 in T.S.No.24, Block no.61, Konnur Village, Chennai-49.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard, Mr.A.M.Ayyadurai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 27.03.2019, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties if any and after giving them an opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.
