This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30.am, until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.2405 of 2023 dated 23.03.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2405 of 2023 dated 23.03.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 am., for a period of four weeks and thereafter report on every fortnight for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
