ORDER

1. Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 2.

2. A representation had been given by the writ petitioner on 17.06.2021 to the 2nd respondent to survey his property in S.No.52/1E at Mallavadi Village, in Tiruvannamalai Taluk and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

mark the boundaries.

3. It is stated that the petitioner had also paid necessary charges when he filed the necessary application on 17.06.2021. It is stated that the respondents had not taken any action.

4. Depending upon the availability of the Taluk Surveyor, I would place an obligation on the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation given by the petitioner herein dated 17.06.2021 and take steps to give effect to the representation given therein. Let the Tahsildar, Tiruvannamalai Taluk, be granted time of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to complete the requisite requirements.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
