ORDER

The petitioner herein, who has given a complaint alleging land grabbing which is the subject matter of Crime No.508 of 2021 stating that the Police has not completed the investigation, has filed the present petition seeking a direction to complete the investigation and file the final report.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that on investigation, it is found that it is a civil dispute and therefore, the complaint is closed as mistake of fact and referred charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate on 08.04.2024 and a copy of the same has been duly served to the defacto complainant/petitioner.

3. In the light of the above fact, the petitioner is directed to work out his remedy by filing a protest petition, since the investigation has already been completed and ended in referred charge sheet. 2/4
