ORDER
1.
By consent of the learned counsel on either side, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal. The learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents.
2.
The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to call for the records relating to the impugned order dated 27.07.2021 made in Na.ka.No.2209/N/2021 passed by the 2nd respondent and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to re-instate the petitioner in service with all service benefits within a time frame.
3.
This Court heard the rival submissions of the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed on record.
4.
Though the prayer in this writ petition is for a larger relief, the learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his argument to the limited extent of directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 28.07.2021, expeditiously. 5.
This Court considering the limited prayer now sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 28.07.2021, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner herein.
6.
With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
