This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1356 of 2025 order dated 30.01.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28516 of 2024 in Crime No.164 of 2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first Saturday of every month at 10.30am., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1356 of 2025 order dated 30.01.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28516 of 2024 in Crime No.164 of 2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first Saturday of every month at 10.30am., until further orders is relaxed.
