Prayer : This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the trial Court for speedy disposal of the S.T.C.No.733 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Fast Track No.II, Erode, within stipulated time fixed by this Court on merits in accordance with law. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate Fast Track No.II, Erode, to complete the trial in S.T.C.No.733 of 2017 within a stipulated time.

2. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the case is pending from the year 2017 and the petitioner is unable to get any justice due to the non execution of bailable warrant issued against the accused.

3. In such view of the matter, the learned Magistrate is directed to see that the warrant issued against the accused is executed by giving directions to the concerned officials and expedite the trial and dispose of the case within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
