This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to refer the Award No.4 of 2023 dated 12.05.2023 to the competent Civil Court as per the

provisions of Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. The petitioner had given a representation 11.07.2025 to the respondents for the aforesaid purpose. Since the said representation has not been considered, the petitioner had filed this Writ Petition.

3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 11.07.2025, seeking for referring the Award No.4 of 2023 dated 12.05.2023 to the competent Civil Court as per the provisions of Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation dated 13.08.2025. 4.

For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 11.07.2025, seeking for a direction to refer the Award No.4 of 2023 dated 12.05.
