(made by M. SUNDAR, J.) Read this in conjunction with and in continuation of earlier proceedings/order made in the previous listing on 04.04.2025 which reads as follows:

There is no representation for the writ petitioner. Mr. T.K. Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader for RR 1,2,4 and 5 and Mr. R. Anish Kumar, learned counsel for R6 are before this Court.

Name of R7 has been shown in the cause list however none appears for R7. We are informed by the Registry that none has chosen to enter appearance for R7.

With the intention of giving an opportunity to writ petitioner and also learned counsel for writ petitioner, list this matter again on 07.04.2025 (Monday) but under the cause list caption 'FOR DISMISSAL'.

Pursuant to aforementioned proceedings/order, captioned 'writ petition' (hereinafter 'WP' for the sake of brevity) is listed under Page Nos.3/6

the cause list caption 'FOR DISMISSAL' but the position is no different today. In other words, there is no representation for the writ petitioner today also, either in the physical Court or on the Video Conferencing platform, though Mr. T.K. Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader for RR 1,2 and 4 and Mr. R. Anish Kumar, learned counsel for R6 are before this Court. To be noted, this is a hybrid hearing which is a regular/routine/daily feature in this Court. In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned WP is dismissed for default/non prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
