ORDER

The petitioners seek Succession Certificate in respect of the securities held by Shalini Rajan, who died intestate on 29.09.2020. The first and second petitioners are the daughters and the third petitioner is the son of the deceased Shalini Rajan.

2. The third petitioner has been examined as P.W.1. He has produced the death certificates of the deceased Shalini Rajan and Rajan Athmaram (father of the petitioners), as Exs.P1 and P2. The legal heirship certificate of the deceased 1/3

Shalini Rajan as Ex.P3. A perusal of Ex.P3 shows that the petitioners are the only legal heirs of the deceased. A paper publication has been made and any objections have not been received.

3. In view of the above said evidence, the Original Petition is allowed by granting Succession Certificate in favour of the petitioners in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition. 27.04.2023 gba Index :Yes/No Speaking order: Yes/ No Petitioner's witness:
