ORDER
Heard both sides.
2. The only ground for rejecting the petitioner's request for mutation was that reliance is placed on an unregistered Will.
3. It is well settled that a Will does not require registration. On this ground alone, the order impugned is set aside. The matter is remitted to the file of the third respondent. The third respondent will conduct a fresh enquiry and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
