[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Advocate General submitted that a Government Order has been passed in compliance with the earlier order to deposit the cheque and therefore, the order passed on 16.07.2021 requires a small tweaking. 2.Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that, in that case, after the deposit of the cheque, without filing an application, the respondent may be permitted to withdraw the amount. 3.Considering the above, we permit the petitioner to deposit the cheque to the credit of O.S.A.No.286 of 2020 on the file of this Court within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such deposit and upon a memo being filed by the respondent, the Registrar General is directed to handover the cheque in favour of the respondent, within a period of one week thereafter.
