These Miscellaneous Petitions are filed to relax the conditions imposed by this Court on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.Nos.8495, 8496, 8498 & 8499 of 2023 respectively dated 24.04.2023, that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m.

and 6.30 p.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) has submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry), the condition imposed on the petitioners in the above petitions dated 24.04.2023 is totally relaxed.
