ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second and third respondents herein to consider the petitioner representation dated 04.04.2019 and reminder representation dated 06.05.2019 to measure the boundaries bearing survey number S.No.46/1 adhttps://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

measuring 3 acres of land which is situated in Manivilunthan Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District belongs to the petitioner and issue separate patta in favour of the petitioner as per Revenue Records belongs to the petitioner.

2. Heard Mr.A.Rajakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and adjacent owners if any and pass orders to survey the petitioner's property comprised in S.No.46/1 ad-measuring 3 acres of land which is situated in Manivilunthan Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already measured.
