Common Prayer: These Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for issuance of Writ Of Certiorarified mandamus to call for the Impugned proceedings of the first respondent passed in TIN/33030560541/2007 - 2008 & 2008-2009 dated 28.9.2015 and quash the same and further direct the first respondent not to restore to any kind of recovery proceedings till the receipt of the appeal orders in AP.No.141 and 142 of 2015 to the passed by the Appellate Authority.
