This petition is filed to bring the petitioners 2 and 3 on record as the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents have no serious objection for allowing this petition.

3. The petitioners 2 and 3 are the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant. Since the sole appellant is dead, the legal representatives of the sole appellant should be brought on record. Hence, this petition is ordered.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and post the appeal on 26.10.2022.
