This revision seeks a direction to learned Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.187 of 2015 within a stipulated time.
2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner.
3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner/husband had earlier filed a petition seeking restitution of conjugal rights. On the respondent/wife taking a stand that she was not willing to live with the petitioner, he has withdrawn the earlier petition and subsequently, filed the present petition. Submitting as above, learned counsel seeks a direction for early disposal of H.M.O.P.No.187 of 2015 on the file of learned Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee.
4. A perusal of the adjudication proceedings informs that the papers have been received back by the Court concerned from the Lok Adalat on 16.02.2016. In the circumstances, this Court directs the learned Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.187 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order.
The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
