These petitions are filed by the petitioner / appellant seeking to condone the delay of days in filing the above WA.SR.Nos.140115, 140116 & 140117 of 2019.
2. Heard both sides. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents has no serious objection for ordering these petitions.
3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and also considering the no objection expressed on the side of the respondents, the delay is condoned and these petitions are ordered accordingly.
