W.P.No.31106 of 2015 T.S.Sivagnanam, J., This matter was listed today under the caption, "For Being Mentioned", at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for petitioners. 2.

It is pointed out by the learned counsel that, in the third line of Para No.3 of the order, dated 22.02.2016, passed in W.P.No.31106 of 2015, a typographical error has occurred, i.e., instead of mentioning the name of the Village as "Kelambadi (A) Village, it has been wrongly mentioned as "Kalamangalam Village". Hence, the learned counsel submitted that the said error may be rectified.

In view of the above submission, Registry is directed to substitute the name of the Village "Kelambadi (A) Village", in the place of "Kalamangalam Village", in the third line of Paragraph No.3 of the order, dated 22.02.2016, passed in W.P.No.31106 of 2015, and after carrying out the corrections, as stated above, issue a amended copy of the order within a week's time, i.e., on or before 22.03.2016.
