ORDER

Mr.M.Shahjahan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondent.

2. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the 1/4

learned Special Government Pleader respondent, this writ petition is being disposed at the time of admission, by dispensing with notice and counter of the respondent, considering the fact that this issue has been considered by this Court on an earlier occasion in W.P.No.18034 of 2020 vide its order dated 11.12.2020. Subsequently, a similar order has been passed by this Court in W.P.No.17857 of 2021 vide its order dated 26.08.2021.

3. Thus, this Writ Petition is disposed by directing the respondent to receive the application of the petitioner dated 09.05.2022 in Form CCPA along with prescribed fee for grant of Auto Rickshaw Permit and consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
