2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and also perused the materials available on record.

3.On being satisfied with the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, these petitions are ordered.

5. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the above appeals.
