The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a typographical mistake in the cause title, i.e., instead of Harur it has been typed as Karur in the cause title. To this effect, a memo dated 04.07.2022, has been filed.

The explanation given by the petitioner through memo is accepted. The Memo stands recorded accordingly. Registry is therefore directed to carry out the necessary corrections in the cause title.
