of 'Madukkarai Police Station, Coimbatore District' in Crl.O.P.No.9167 of 2026 dated 10.04.2026.

2. There are no serious objections on behalf of the respondents.

3. Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and upon perusing the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
