This petition has been filed to amend Sections 5(n), 5(j)(ii) and 6 of POCSO Act, 2012 r/w Sections 131, 127(2) and 351(2) of the BNS Act instead of under Sections 5(n), 5(j)(ii) and 6 of the POCSO Act, 2012 r/w Sections 131, 127(2) and 351 of the BNS Act in Crl.OP.No.3550 of 2025 dated 27.03.2025.

2. In view of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in Crl.OP.No.3550 of 2025 dated 27.03.2025.
