(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9568 of 2020 dated 26.06.2020, the petitioner shall report before the Salem Town Police Station every Monday at 10.30 am, until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police limit is still sensitive due to the incident. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of relaxation of the condition.
