ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of mandamus seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.05.2023 and issue patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of property situated at Dharmapuri District, Nallampalli Taluk, Nathathahalli Village, in Survey No.201/2, to an extent of 62 Ares (Acre 1.55 cents) on basis of sale deed dated 10.04.2023 in favour of the petitioner. 2.

A representation was given by the petitioner on 03.05.2023 seeking patta with respect to the property situated at Nathathahalli Village in Survey No.201/2 measuring 62 ares. The petitioner claims title on the basis of sale deed dated 10.04.2023.

The respondents particularly the Tahsildar/second respondent may examine the representation, proceed in accordance with the guidelines issued and then, if there are no objections raised, proceed to grant patta to the petitioner herein. The entire exercise be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
